Owner's Project Manager

Based off of interviews that were held over the summer of 2017, Skanska was selected as Owner's Project Manager (OPM).
 
On September 11, 2017 representatives from Skanska who will work directly on the project will attend a board meeting of the MSBA with representatives from the School Building Committee. The purpose of the meeting is to obtain MSBA approval to have Skanska work on the project as the OPM.

The Request for Services outlines the process for hiring an Owner’s Project Manager and qualifications of the applicants. This was approved by the MSBA on Friday June 16th.
