CBRSD 2024-2025 Kindergarten Registration Information

Click here to download the letter regarding registration.  This letter includes a checklist, the immunization form and the health record form.
 

• The health record, immunization form, proof of residency, and birth certificate can be attached to the registration form electronically, mailed to the school, or brought to your child’s school in August.  
   
• The CBRSD Kindergarten Registration Form and the Home Language Survey can be completed electronically.  Fill out the form here.


• We will contact you about scheduling screening which will occur prior to the start of the school year.
